Renting a property is an easy process

The first thing you must do is register your details. This ensures that you will be informed of any new properties becoming available, giving you the best chance to get the home of your dreams.

Once registered

We can then start to match your specific criteria with our continuous supply of quality properties, then at a convenient time arrange for you to view them.

Now you’ve decided on your new home

We use an independent company called Homelet to take up references from your employer/work etc (Please note: All information given will be treated as highly confidential). Then once approved you will be invited to sign a suitable tenancy agreement so that the keys to your new home can be yours.

Moving in

With some properties an inventory is produced. This lists everything that is in you new home and its condition when you move in so a comparison can be made when you vacate the property. This needs to be checked and any amendments made clear immediately.

Safe guard your deposit, the property & your belongings

You will need to take out some form of home content insurance. We strongly recommend Homelet insurance, as they offer tailor made fully comprehensive insurance specifically designed for rented accommodation. (Please contact us for further details).

Services & Utilities

As most lettings are exclusive of out goings such as council tax, TV licence, electricity, gas, telephone, water and sewage once you arrive at your new home you will need to register with various companies and supply them in some instances with meter readings.
